1. Scope
This policy applies to services purchased from Applied Synergy Plus Consulting LLC: consulting engagements, technical staffing, training programs, AI automation builds, and software subscriptions.
2. Software subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
- New subscriptions may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the first payment, provided the platform has not been used beyond initial evaluation.
- Part-used billing periods after that 14-day window are not refunded, except where required by law or where a fault on our side prevented use.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
3. Training programs
- Cancellations 14 or more days before the start date: full refund.
- Cancellations 7–13 days before the start date: 50% refund or free transfer to a later cohort.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the start date, or non-attendance: no refund.
- If we reschedule or cancel a program, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
4. Consulting, staffing, and build engagements
- Fees for work already performed, deliverables issued, and expenses committed are non-refundable.
- Where a deposit or milestone payment has been made and work has not yet started, the unused portion is refunded in full on cancellation.
- Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice; we will invoice work performed to the termination date and refund any prepaid, unearned amount.
- If a deliverable does not meet the agreed written scope, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct it at no additional cost, and where we cannot, we will refund the fee for that deliverable.
5. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email info@appliedsynergyplusconsulting.com with your firm name, the service or subscription concerned, and the reason for the request. We acknowledge requests within two business days and decide within five business days.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Billing questions and disputes
If a charge looks incorrect, contact us first at info@appliedsynergyplusconsulting.com. We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors promptly, which is usually faster than raising a dispute with your card issuer.
